Spoke to mr mulherin 11.8 for a catch up as always he’s polite pleasant puts me at ease I have had bad experiences before with other consultants dr mulherin has a wealth of experience explains everything and thinks outside the box in my opinion I’m under a lot of consultants he’s the best by far.. I always take his advice etc if he can help you he will even if not his area. Dr mulherin is very easy to talk to ,he listens to your concerns and explains every part of your treatment thoroughly.I would recommend him to anyone. Unlike most consultants he gets to know them well his patients & remembers them. I didn’t know what was the matter with me lack of explanation by a previous rheumatologist but I got clarity and a diagnoses with dr mulherin & treatment plan which helps doesn’t get rid of pain chronic tiredness but it helps this consultant is the best.

Spoke to dr mulherin 18.5 via telephone due to covid 19 - he kindly called as I was due to be reviewed in clinic. He is far the best consultant I am under out the vast amount I’m under, is there anything I can do to help, compassionate, understanding, sympathetic, clear & concise. He never dismisses the symptoms which are vast as I have complex medical history, I have severe depression & anxiety I feel at ease with dr mulherin I trust him 100% which is a lot for me to say, he also knows his patients well which helps takes a interest even if it is ribbing my football team! Some treat you as a number he treats you as a person positive can do attitude explains treatments. Simply the best

Dr Mulherin is truly a lovely man, who is genuinely interested in his patients, viewing us not as just a number or a case, but as individuals. He never dismisses, never belittles, always encourages. I wish all other doctors were like him.
